Lessons take place weekly – regular attendance is the key to steady, lasting progress.

24-Hour Notice

Need to reschedule? Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the lesson fee will apply.

Cold or Flu?

If you or your child has a cold, the flu, or symptoms such as coughing, a runny nose, or a fever, etc., kindly let us know before the lesson. We'll reschedule your lesson, or meet online if you're feeling well enough.

Holiday Scheduling

The lesson schedule can be adjusted to avoid multiple gaps around Thanksgiving, Winter Break, and Spring Break

For your holiday plans, we'll find the schedule that works best for you.

Summer Scheduling

We teach throughout most of the summer because even a few lessons can make a significant difference in maintaining musical momentum.

If your regular lesson time doesn't work with your summer plans, we'll gladly adjust your lesson schedule whenever possible.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, all in-person lessons (both studio and in-home) will take place online at their regularly scheduled day and time, instead of being rescheduled.

For in-home lessons, the travel fee will also be credited toward your next payment.
